Super easy breakfast to start your day right. So yummy!
This breakfast or sweet treat just in-between is super easy to make and super yummy at the same time. It is a powerful dish to start your day strong and healthy. Oats are one oft he most powerful energy servants that you can have. They are full of antioxidants, soluble fiber, low in fat, full of vitamins and they make you feel full very quickly.
Its not the typical hot porridge you usually heat up in a pot. This tasty breakfast is a cold version you will love. Its sweet, its creamy and will blow your mind away. The good thing is it just takes a couple of minutes to prepare.

INGREDIENTS
The porridge:
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant based milk)
1/4 medium banana, sliced (freeze the rest for smoothies!)
1/2 tbsp linen seeds
¼ tsp of vanilla
1 tbsp of shredded coconut
a pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp honey or agave nectar
tsp of almond cream
The nice cream:
handfull of frozen berries
½ frozen banana
1 tbs of nut cream
a pinch of vanilla
¼ cup of planned based milk
For the topping:
banana slices
berry nice-cream
nuts
granola
chia seed or bee polen or anything you like to add
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients for the “porridge” together in a blender until its all creamy. Place the porridge in a bowl and prepare the nice cream.
For the berry nice cream, place the frozen berries, the frozen banana, the nut cream together with the planed based mild in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Place the nicecream with banana slices, nuts, granola or any kind of toping you wish onto the “porridge”.
